Microfluidizer® Pilot and Production Homogenizers
Reduce time to market with seamless scaleup from the lab to production.
Microfluidizer® pilot-scale homogenizers feature a unique fixed-geometry interaction chamber constructed from rugged ceramic or diamond. This critical feature maximizes the sheer forces generated as your fluids are forced through the homogenizer under intense pressures.
Select your desired pressure, from 2,500 to 30,000 psi, and a single-acting intensifier pump amplifies the hydraulic pressure to the appropriate level. This applies the desired pressure to the product stream, which enables you to experience on-target values and seamless scaleup from small investigatory pilot runs to full-scale production runs.

M-110EH-30 Electric-Hydraulic Microfluidizer®
If you prefer an electrically-driven processor over a pneumatically-driven one, the M-110EH-30 was specifically designed for you. The unit reaches processing pressures as high as 2000 bar (30,000 psi) and is mounted on locking casters for mobility. A small volume model (M-110EH-30S) and explosion-proof model (M-110EH-30XP) are available. For additional product details and specifications, click here to visit the Microfluidics website.
M-815 Microfluidizer® Pilot Scale Processor Series
The M815 models were designed to bridge the gap between the biopharma lab scale
(M-110EH) and production scale (M-700 Series) models, and they are ideal for manufacturing batches in the range of 5L-300L. For additional product details and specifications, click here to visit the Microfluidics website.
M-700 Series Microfluidizer®
The M-700 Series offers pilot and production performance levels for commercial applications including pharmaceutical and biotech products (requiring UCIP and SIP), coatings, waxes, inkjet inks, pigments, sealants, and more. The units are available in 18.7 kw (25 hp), and 37.5 kw (50 hp) models. The 37.5 kw (50 hp) model is available in the Constant Pressure (CP) version. The units are housed in a stainless steel enclosure. For additional product details and specifications, click here to visit the Microfluidics website.
