Job Summary
The Senior HR Generalist will provide advanced HR support for our Europe and Asia entities, managing day-to-day HR operations and serving as the primary point of contact for employees across both regions. This role involves executing critical HR functions with a focus on fostering a positive employee experience. The Senior HR Generalist will handle a range of HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, compliance, and employee departures. Additionally, the role will assist the HR Manager in creating and rolling out learning and development initiatives to enhance employee growth. The Senior HR Generalist will provide proactive guidance, strategic support, and ensure adherence to legal requirements across multiple countries.

Job Responsibilities
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts and manage onboarding processes for Europe and Asia regions, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with local laws.
- Employee Relations & Experience: Act as the main HR contact for employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting adherence to HR policies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with local practices and addressing employee inquiries.
- Compliance & Legal Requirements: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across Europe and Asia, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and collaborating with legal teams.
- Offboarding: Oversee the offboarding process, including exit interviews and proper documentation, ensuring legal and company compliance.
- HR Administrative Support: Handle HR documentation, employee records, and reporting, while managing logistics for HR processes like performance reviews and policy updates.
- Learning & Development Support: Assist in the creation and execution of learning and development initiatives to enhance employee growth and align with business needs.
- Proactive HR Support: Identify HR needs, resolve issues, and work with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention across regions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global HR teams and leadership to ensure alignment and smooth execution of HR practices across Europe and Asia.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Track key HR metrics, provide regular updates, and ensure HR systems are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Human Resources
- Experience with international employment laws (EU/Asia) preferred
- Proficient in human capital management systems, applicant tracking systems, and other HR systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- German and English speaker – business level competency
