Production Operator

Position Summary
AES is looking for Production Operators to join our team for an on-site assignment in California, USA! This opportunity is a 6-month contract processed through Guatemala, with the possibility of extension.
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes in a chemical lab environment. Your tasks will involve operating equipment, handling materials, following safety protocols, and ensuring production quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product quality.
- Assist in assembly line tasks, including materials handling and fabrication.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.

Requirements
- B1/B2 visa is required
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- No prior experience needed, but any relevant experience is a plus
- College degree (preferred)
- Availability for on-site work in California (50 hrs/week)
Benefits
- Monthly salary: Q8,000 – Q9,000 + overtime (~Q4,000)
- Housing & company vehicle provided
- Monthly per diem: $1,200 (for food, gas, communication, etc.)
