Pete Magill brings over three decades of experience in the Life Science industry with emphasis on GMP projects. He is responsible for the daily activities of the business to ensure solid core fundamentals are developed and maintained through strategic, tactical and operational minded processes due to his strong overall business knowledge.  Strong business development professional through client management, building strong long-lasting partnerships.  Proven track record of building highly successful teams through strong leadership; incorporating mentorship, ownership, accountability, collaboration and effective communication.  Development of quality emphasized processes for result driven successes through discipline alliances, process understanding and continuous improvement.

Pete’s roles have demanded a meticulous approach to quality assurance, risk management, and productivity enhancement. He interfaces with clients to determine user requirements, performs proposal reviews, and provides regular project status updates. His technical contributions to customer and sales meetings highlight his ability to blend technical acumen with strategic project oversight.

Prior to his tenure at Automated Engineering Services, Pete served as a Senior Program Manager at Linesight for major biotech firms.  As a member of the CRB Builders ownership team, Pete held various leadership roles, where he managed multi-million dollar projects such as the QS-21 Adjuvant Vaccine Project for GSK and several capex key projects for Genentech, Abraxis Bioscience, Celgene Corporation, and Amgen. His extensive background includes responsibilities from project conception to closure, encompassing financial management, subcontract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
